چکیده
The Multi-Actor Multi-Criteria Analysis is a methodology that allows for the involvement of multiple stakeholders within decision-making process. It reveals consensus and conflicts between different groups people are involved in evaluation but hold interests. Nowadays, concept “stakeholder” MAMCA gradually shifts to “stakeholder group”, there need involving more than one evaluator stakeholder group make sure all voices from will be heard instead being represented by one. Especially when contains large variation interests, concerns socio-economic characteristics. Additionally, can have subgroups might hard reach, therefore not or un-der-represented analysis. This typically case ‘citizens’ group. In order fulfill needs many groups, mass-participation function was developed survey tool designed. decision-maker design dedicated which function. easy-to-understand process used avoid time-consuming elicitation. possible check homogeneity heterogeneity based on profiles collected survey.

INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS FOR MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION MAKING
Dimensional analysis, for multi-criteria decision making, is a mathematical method that includes diverse heterogeneous criteria into a single dimensionless index. Dimensional Analysis, in its current definition, presents the drawback to manipulate fuzzy information commonly presented in a multi-criteria decision making problem. To overcome such limitation, we propose two dimensional analysis ba...

Evaluation of recommender systems: A multi-criteria decision making approach
The evaluation and selection of recommender systems is a difficult decision making process. This difficulty is partially due to the large diversity of published evaluation criteria in addition to lack of standardized methods of evaluation. As such, a systematic methodology is needed that explicitly considers multiple, possibly conflicting metrics and assists decision makers to evaluate and find...
